D.C. is a short-lived American television series that premiered and ended in April 2000 on The WB Network.Mason Scott, a young man fresh out of college who has dreamed his entire life of coming to Washington, D.C.. He truly believes that he can make a difference in this world of questionable morality. His best friend is Pete Komisky, a lobbyist who sees the filth in D.C. for what it is, and doesn't think it will be cleaned up anytime soon. They are joined in their rowhouse by Mason's sister, Finley Scott, who ditched graduate school for the adventure of Washington. Rounding out the happy home is Lewis Freeman, a Supreme Court clerk, and his girlfriend Sarah Logan, a junior field producer for a cable news station.

A neurotic delivery driver named Owen battles his OCD at a local convenience store while his TikToker girlfriend plans an exposure therapy dinner date at home. But when she helps him resist his compulsion, it subsequently triggers the apocalypse.

Albert Zack is a struggling, bumbling, advertising salesman hired to save the Beaver Bra Company from impending doom. He is charged with signing five specific, world-famous, busty woman as endorsers for the bra line. Silly antics and situations occur as he tries, mostly in various costumes, to get close enough to these women to make his pitch for their signature. Working against him are two board members who stand to gain if the company fails. As he circles the globe in search of these signatures, he is faced with a variety of challenges, one of which is a relationship with his own secretary.
